My Journey

My journey into holistic health started long before I understood the meaning of the word “holistic.” Growing up, I spent many summer afternoons in the kitchen with my grandmother, who had type 1 diabetes. She taught me the importance of food as medicine, sparking my lifelong curiosity about how what we eat impacts our health. That curiosity deepened years later when a close family member developed Crohn’s disease. Witnessing their struggle and resilience inspired me to explore the powerful connection between nutrition, movement, and overall well-being.

These early experiences laid the foundation for my career in holistic health.

 

Today, I bring together years of education, training, and personal growth to help others live healthier, more intentional lives.

 

As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) and a certified 500-hour yoga instructor, I specialize in creating personalized yoga practices that meet each client’s unique needs. My training (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) as a certified  holistic health coach allows me to guide clients beyond the mat, helping them build sustainable habits for a balanced and nourishing lifestyle.

My Academic Background

My academic background also plays a key role in my work. With a graduate degree in education, I’m passionate about empowering others to understand their health and take actionable steps toward their goals. Whether it’s through yoga instruction, health coaching, or personalized wellness strategies, my mission is to educate and inspire others to create lives that feel vibrant and aligned.


I believe true health is not a destination but a journey—It’s about discovering what works for you and creating a life that feels joyful, aligned, and intentional.


Through private virtual yoga sessions, personalized health coaching, and practical tools like sourdough baking and mindful meal planning, I help clients:
